Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of June 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Katrina Wilgermein, of Wojcik & Wilgermein, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
