Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of November 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Apirana Appliances Limited be liquidated and that Geoff Hatten, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of November 2003 at 12.00 midday.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Apirana Appliances Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 18th day of December 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
