Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of December 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TGO Training Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountant of Walker Dick & Associates, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of December 2002 at 2.00 p.m.
