Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of
the above-named companies on the 18th day of November 2003 at 12.00 midday, voluntarily appointed Paula Anne Kearns, chartered accountant of JPK Solutions Limited, as liquidator of the company.
The voluntary liquidations commenced on the 17th day of December 2003.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
