Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 12th day of December 2002 at 11.00 a.m. by resolution of the board, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, CCG Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of December 2002.
