Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to orders of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 17th day of November 2003 at 11.04 a.m. and 11.06 a.m. respectively, Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 17th day of November 2003.
The liquidators do not consider that creditors' meetings should be held having regard to the assets and liabilities of the companies and the likely result of the liquidations.
No meetings will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidators, within 10 working days after publication of the notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
