Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of November 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Warkworth Fish Farm Limited be liquidated and that Grant Blackbourn, of Withers & Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of November 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
