Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Falloon, chartered accountant, of Falloon Myers & Co. Limited, was appointed liquidator of Ashburton Masonic Hall Company Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of January 2003 at 6.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
