Notice of Resignation of Liquidators and
Appointment of Successor
On the 11th day of February 1999, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, were jointly and severally appointed as liquidators of Cobalt SG Limited (in liquidation).
On the 10th day of November 2003 at 3.30 p.m., pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, resigned from the office of joint and several liquidators by appointing Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as their successor.
