Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of November 2003 at 9.00 a.m. and 1.10 p.m. respectively, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution entered into each company's minute book.
The liquidations commenced on the 11th day of November 2003.
