Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of November 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of the director, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cajun No 50 Limited be liquidated and that Robert Wilson Purchas, of Christchurch, and Stephen Alan Dunbar, of Dunedin, both chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of November 2003 at 1.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 5th day of December 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
