Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of November 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Half Moon Bay Marine Engineering Services Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Selwyn Freeman, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of November 2003 at 12.05 p.m.
