Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of July 2002 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved
by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cigar Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Catherine Maria Kerr be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
