Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of October 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that A R Groom Limited be liquidated and that Carol Elizabeth Fletcher, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of October 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
