Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Tamariki Estate Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of October 2003, the shareholders of Tamariki Estate Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Stephen Michael Sudbury, chartered accountant of Whangarei, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
