Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of January 2003 at 3.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company's minute book.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of January 2003.
