Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 20th day of January 2003, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Silky Soft Software Limited be liquidated and that Russell Kelvin David Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of January 2003 at 12.00 midday.
