Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of October 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Pennyweight Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Terrence John Harris, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2003 at 12.00 midday.
