Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the High Court at Dunedin on the 17th day of October 2003 at 10.03 a.m., the above-named company was put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing, of Trevor Laing & Associates, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 19th day of December 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
