Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of October 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Glamis Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Glynis Buxton, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of October 2003.
