Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of October 2003 at 10.51 a.m., Grant Bruce Reynolds was appointed liquidator.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
