Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, insolvency practitioner, and Catherine Jane Jollands, accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Chances Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of October 2003 at 10.50 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators of Chances Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) hereby fix the 20th day of November 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority of their claims, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
