Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of
Te Kupenga Limited ("the company") on the 13th day
of October 2003 at 10.30 a.m., by the shareholders of the company.
On the 9th day of October 2003, the directors of the company resolved that, upon the appointment of a liquidator, the company will be able to pay its debts and
a copy of the resolution was delivered to the Registrar of Companies on the 10th day of October 2003.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
21st day of November 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
