Take notice that E. A. Chesmar Contracting & Engineering Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru on the 28th day of August 2003, to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2003 at 11.12 a.m.
