In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Timberline International Holdings Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December 2002 at 11.06 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Christchurch.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2002.
