Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the
above-named company voted to liquidate the company and distribute the surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, the shareholders resolved to appoint Gerald Stanley Hampton, accountant of Auckland, as liquidator on the 25th day of September 2003.
