Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of United Property Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of September 2003 at 1.02 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 23rd day of October 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
