Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Tapa Investments Limited:
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of September 2003 at 10.22 a.m., Gilbert Dale Chapman was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
