Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of November 2002, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Lakeline Apartments Limited be liquidated and that G. J. Shepherd, chartered accountant of Miller Gale
& Winter, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of November 2002.
The company has ceased trading and is considered to be superfluous.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
Notice of Creditors to Claim
The liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company
are to make their claims and to establish any priority
their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
