Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of September 2003 at 11.15 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant, and Kent Antony Robert Peters, insolvency practitioner, both of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 18th day of September 2003 at 11.15 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. respectively.
The liquidators do not consider that creditors' meetings should be held having regard to the assets and liabilities of the companies and the likely result of the liquidations.
No meetings will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidators, within 10 working days after publication of the notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
