Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of January 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Motel 22 Limited be liquidated and that Leonidas Angelo Gambitsis, chartered accountant of Gambitsis Partners Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
