Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of September 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Daniels
& Carter Limited be liquidated and that Weston Clyde Colson, chartered accountant of Albany, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of September 2003 at 2.00 p.m.
