Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of September 2003 at 2.38 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Garden of Eden Landscaping Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant, and Kent Antony Robert Peters, insolvency practitioner, both of Tauranga, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of September 2003 at 2.38 p.m.
The liquidators do not consider that a creditors' meeting should be held, having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.
No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidators, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
