David William Hercus, of Guinness Gallagher Accounting, Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on the
1st day of September 2003 at 2.30 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The 8th day of October 2003 is hereby fixed as the day on or before which creditors are to make claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
