Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of September 2003 at 4.15 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kut Price Yachts Limited (formerly Aero Marine Limited)
be liquidated and that Peter G. McPherson, of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of September 2003 at 4.15 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 30th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
