The above-named companies passed special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, appointing Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of Foundation Systems Limited on the 2nd day of September 2003 at 9.42 a.m. and of D & N Matheson Limited on the 3rd day of September 2003 at 3.10 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 10th day of October 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
