Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Trevor Edwin Laing, hereby give notice that, for the purposes of winding up a solvent, non-trading company and pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993,
I was appointed liquidator of Safeway Scaffolding (Otago) Limited with effect from the 3rd day of September 2003
at 2.30 p.m.
The directors have resolved that the company was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243 (8), no creditors' meeting is required to be called.
