Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of September 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 122
of the Companies Act 1993, that Elixir Productions Limited
be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of September 2003 at 12.10 p.m.
