Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Champion Care Limited, Champion Construction People Limited, Champion Hospitality People Limited and Champion Trades People Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of September 2003, Champion Hospitality People Limited, Champion Care Limited, Champion Construction People Limited
and Champion Trades People Limited were placed in
liquidation at 10.19 a.m., 10.20 a.m., 10.21 a.m. and 10.22 a.m. respectively.
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named companies pursuant to an order by the High Court in New Plymouth.
The liquidations commenced on the 1st day of September 2003.
