Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Andrew de Lacey, chartered accountant of de Lacey & Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Takapuna Panelbeaters Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2003 at 1.10 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator at 3/24 Manukau Road, Auckland, on telephone (09) 522 1069.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company director and delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 26th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
