Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 29th day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m., appointed Barrie McCormick Campbell, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 3rd day of October 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
