Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 27th day of August 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Digital Graphic Consultants Limited be liquidated and that Bhavanaben Vather, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of August 2003 at 8.35 a.m.
