Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 26th day of August 2003 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by resolutions of the shareholders that the
above-named companies be placed into liquidation
pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Jonathan Wilgermein, of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator for these companies.
The directors of the companies have signed certificates verifying the companies' solvency at the date of liquidation.
