Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Maurice John Petherick, chartered accountant of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of Changing Times Limited on the 19th day of December 2002 at 1.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Changing Times Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 7th day of February 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
