Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Media Merchant Group Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of August 2003 at 11.50 a.m., Grant Bruce Reynolds was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidator as soon as possible.
