Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of August 2003 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Johnsonville Mall Fish Supply (2002) Limited be liquidated and that Leonidas Angelos Gambitsis, chartered accountant of Gambitsis Partners Limited, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
