The above-named solvent companies were put into liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders dated the 22nd day of August 2003 at 4.15 p.m., on the grounds that the companies have served their useful purpose and should be wound up.

Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators of Vorzel Limited and Mason Lowes Limited (both in liquidation) on the
22nd day of August 2003 at 4.15 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 9th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
