Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of The Big Tree Company Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of August 2003, the shareholders of The Big Tree Company Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Brian Leo McPhail, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
