Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company, on the 15th day of July 2003, passed a resolution appointing Stephen Mark Lawrence and Graeme George McDonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company, will accordingly be held at the offices of McDonald Vague, Level Five, DDB Building, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on Monday, the 1st day of September 2003 at 10.30 a.m.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
