Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with clause 33 of the society's constitution, at a special general meeting of the society held on the 23rd day of November 1999 at 7.15 p.m., called for the purpose, it was voted unanimously that the society be wound up and that Arthur James Goodall, vice president of the Theosophical Society in New Zealand (Incorporated), be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The undersigned does hereby fix the 11th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims they may have against the society, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993,
a creditors meeting will not be held as there are no known creditors.
Any creditor may give notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 days of the date of this notice requiring that a meeting be called.
